🔹 One-Day Courses
📅 Date: Saturday 17th January 2026
⏰ Times: 0900–1700 (approx.)
💷 Cost: £12.50
Location-Milton Keynes Unit-Kiln Farm
Minimum Age: 12
Cadets will need to be dropped off in the morning and collected at the end of the day.
Courses available:(may only complete one from the list below- please list on booking form)
Basic First Aid – Learn lifesaving skills that everyone should know!
Basic Radio – Get hands-on with radio procedure and communication.
🔹 Two-Day Residential Courses
Cadets will arrive on Saturday morning and stay overnight, ready for a full weekend of learning .
📅 Start: 17th January 2026 – 0900
📅 Finish: 18th January 2026 – approx. 1600

Minimum Age: 12 (unless stated otherwise)
Courses available: (may only complete one from the list below- please list on booking form)
Basic Marine Engineering (min age 13) – Discover how things work behind the scenes and get stuck into some engineering tasks.
Basic Peer Educator (min age 14) – Learn how to support, teach, and inspire others.
Basic Catering – Cook, create, and taste your way through a weekend in the galley!
Basic Seamanship – Master knots, equipment, and essential maritime skills.
Basic PT Part 1 – A high-energy course to kickstart your Physical Training qualification. (A second course will be required to complete the qualification; date TBC. A good level of fitness is recommended.)
These courses are a great way to challenge yourself, meet cadets from across the district, gain new skills, and most importantly—have fun!
