As stalls will be allocated when we arrive, the exact location of our stall is unknown, but it will be in the high street. Please look for our TS Whaddon Marine gazebo. The time slots that need to be covered are either 9.45am – 1.15pm or 1.15pm to 5.45pm (approx.). Cadets need to be in RNPCS / MTP uniform. Your cadet should have with them a Sea cadet foul weather jacket which can be borrowed from the Unit the night before. Please make sure your cadet brings a pair of black gloves, a drink and a snack to the event.
Cadets will need to be collected from the stall by a parent / guardian. At both events, cadets will be helping with the setting up our stall, assisting with the tombola and running our lolly prize game along with the close down of our stall.
Please indicate which time slot and event location your cadet can attend. Google forms will be on the WhatsApp groups. Places are limited due to space.
We are looking for new or nearly new tombola items to help with our fund raising. Donations can include new gift sets – beauty/toiletries, as new books and games (games must have all the pieces and the box be in good condition), new candles, unwanted gifts, food or drink donations. Any food or drink items must be in date. Donations can be brought to the Unit no later than Friday 29th November 2024. Donations should be clearly marked for the attention of Mrs Perris, P & SA
