🎶 Band Practice Returns – January 🎶
We’re pleased to announce that Band Practice is back in January, and we’d love to see more cadets getting involved this term!
Band is a fantastic opportunity for cadets to build confidence, teamwork and musical skills in a fun and supportive environment. Whether your cadet has attended band before or is completely new, everyone is welcome.
No previous musical experience is needed — cadets will have the opportunity to learn bugle, drums or bell lyre, while those who already play a woodwind or brass instrument can further develop their skills through band training.
⚠️ Please note: A minimum of 3 cadets is required for band practice to go ahead. If numbers have not been reached by the day before, parents/guardians will be informed of cancellation.
👉 Reminder: Cadets are expected to maintain regular attendance on unit parade nights if they wish to sign up for band practices.

📍 Location: High Wycombe (travel via minibus from MK Unit)
💷 Cost: £4 (to help cover minibus expenses)
⏰ Timings:
• Arrive at MK Unit by 17:30
• Return to MK Unit at approximately 22:00
🍴 Cadets should eat beforehand or bring a packed tea
👕 No uniform required
🎶 Minimum age: 12 years
