District Summer Camp 2025 Highlights This summer at Sea Cadets Thrapston Boat Station, our Oxon-Bucks District Summer Camp was a huge success following the Area Paddlesports Competition. Our cadets embraced windsurfing, kayaking, powerboating, and rowing—earning qualifications from beginner all the way to advanced. 🚣‍♂️🏆 It was inspiring to see them dive into new challenges with grit and enthusiasm—trying activities they’d never attempted before and persevering even when it got tough. 🌟😊 We also had great weather—just a few light showers couldn’t dim the smiles. ☀️🌧️😊 Huge thanks to all the staff who made it happen: MK, Sea Cadets Abingdon, Sea Cadets Marlow, and Northampton Sea Cadets instructors—and of course Thrapston Boat Station for hosting us.
