While some of our cadets were engaged in the District Course yesterday, Leading Cadet (LC) Jemma B traveled to London to undertake her Petty Officer Cadet (POC) board at HMS President. In the Sea Cadets, the POC board is a comprehensive assessment that evaluates a cadet’s proficiency in drill, leadership, peer education, and includes a formal interview. Successfully passing this board is a significant achievement, marking the transition from Leading Cadet to Petty Officer Cadet, and reflects the individual’s dedication and leadership within the corps. After extensive preparation and a demanding day of assessments, we are thrilled to announce that LC Jemma B has passed with flying colors, earning an exceptional pass in her drill assessment. She is now deservedly rated as a Petty Officer Cadet. We also extend our gratitude to London Area Sea Cadets for warmly welcoming her to their board Bravo Zulu, POC Jemma B! We are incredibly proud of your accomplishment. 🎉👏 #SeaCadets #PettyOfficerCadet #HMSPresident #Leadership #BravoZulu #CadetSuccess #HardWorkPaysOff #ProudMoment #LondonAchievement Southern Area Sea Cadets Sea Cadets Oxon & Bucks District Sea Cadets South East RFCA Bucks Uniformed Youth One MK MK Charities MK Citizen Community Action: MK MKFM Mayor of MK Milton Keynes Milton Keynes Community Hub Milton Keynes City Council Royal Navy Cadet Forces
